Golf Cart Ordinance
Effective April 12, 2023, there is a 90 day grace period. This Ordinance also includes Side by Side ATV.

The City of Needville is a Type A General Law City and the City Council members are elected to serve two year terms. Terms are staggered and the City hold their annual election each May. The City Council meets regularly at City Hall on the second Wednesday of each month.
