Business Improvement Grant Program: This program provides cash-match grants for business property improvements such as building facades, business signs, and landscaping. Any new or existing business or business building owner is eligible to apply. Tax Abatement: The City of Needville offers tax abatements for business property improvements within the City. Any new or existing business making $100,000 or more in taxable improvements is eligible to apply for abatement of their property taxes for a period of time which is determined by the type and size of improvements. Other: Both the Development Corporation of Needville, and the City of Needville, offer a pro business attitude.
